In terms of inspiration, which comes first, food or poetry?
Inspiring what? A poem? Or a meal? Or both? Perhaps inseparable as inspiration & the outcome. And if there isn't an outcome? Perhaps, all to the good. Time to feed yourself. But with what or who?
And where on earth are all the cut flowers? No part of this puzzle would exact a toll as great Hymns of ages we can't have known still appear in stylish forms
and we roll back the boundaries as if commanded-- Will you join me in this invention, the merchant asked, joyful all year long, view of the waters that part no more?
