Lentils. When is a poem earthy?

Let's reframe the question.

Where do poems come from?

Each lentil, a taste larger than its petiteness.

Lentils w/
cardamon, cumin, coriander, almonds, butter, roasted onions, garlic, black pepper.
Top with steamed petite string beans
