On the nature of abandonment,


Can this bike, so carefully situated leaning against the wall, be considered, abandoned?  A rusted treasure.  Should have a name.

    what happens when we leave our treasures and our dreams out in the rain? Why do we forget to retrieve them? Who says we can't go out to play when we most need a ride in the unyielding fields? And why is it certain folks discover the left behind and bring them to a home of sorts?
