Who can bear

 a molten yoke? (I've always been fascinated by yoke and yolk).

Who knows which hue will persist.

 Or which flower?

Not at all like today

but could be tomorrow.  Boils down to the inevitable.  

 

Every flower, every landscape has a sly eye

and a tinge of red.  You probably were never taught this at school.  Staggering what we weren't taught in any class. Staggering, what life teaches us.  

Evening sees itself as a 6-petal flower.

 When you look into night's mirror, how many petals do you have?

Masks are everywhere

 even the petite one in the center of a maelstrom.  

Sometimes, the title is all there is to be said.
