To get up close to a Puya

is a delight for eye & spirit.  This plant sends me into rapture as does the Fuyu persimmon.  If our cats weren't already named (Freddy & Fritz), Puya and Fuyu might have worked nicely.  Thank goodness cats can have more than 9 nicknames.  

Every Tuesday for the last month

you're returned to this spot in the dream that begins slowly, becomes complex until it gets to this center and then slowly, patiently (like credits in a movie), unwinds.  Ends.  
 

An unbelievable blue

which you want to believe is what you are seeing.  This is the hue of blue which has been watching over you.

Flower spirit

 flying toward us.  Perhaps, the next poetry project will be for daisies.

Childhood flowers really take hold.

I loved over-the-top, showy peonies as a kid.  From a tight round bud, an exuberance of pink, or white, or both.  Fragrant to match their drama.  Haven't seen them much since I left the East Coast decades ago. Well, they showed up and thriving in my now hometown of Walnut Creek.  Guess I'll keep looking for the treasures I left behind.
