Plurisignation. Can there be but one meaning to a poem?

What do words love more than to mean? To live by meaning. And to multiply.

Leftovers mean much & many things differently (all tongues being different as signature and snowflake). How they multiply a meal.

  1. Dining with Money (3)

Today some fresh new voices, ardent
in their facts. One told of ancient alien tribes
    constructing airplanes before the discovery
of engines. Rapture, reason, all caught up
    in flight.

    The moneyed seek out music,
a rowdy art, something to undress to,
throwing one's gold into the fire,
    unaware of provenance--

    How do the two commingle,
    strange and tamed, sweet smiles
    and dismissals of the help?
