What is fractal poetry?

Poems about flowers? About cacti? Waves? Too many to count. What’s fractal about language? For instance, are verbs more fractal than nouns?

    wave to the undone

    what attraction to the form &
    shape not yet painted

    at last a warmth in the window
    a way to stay there, an excuse
