    CATCHING ON

    They roam the city's latest digs
    to find a violation
    In case a fence is rotting
    or the doorway's left open too far
    What finding is not recorded
    means it wasn't all that bad

    Remember when we were younger
    and all the unknowns became wolves?

    A search reveals all the mayhem
    and the picnic must be stopped
    But privately the cops are in cahoots
    grabbing all the good stuff for their wives
